WHAT TO EXPECT

CONSULTATION:

Your initial wedding or event planning consultation is a chance for you to tell us about your wedding or event and get to know your planner. Our event team looks forward to meeting you and would love to share their knowledge and experience with you, in order to make sure it reflects your personality/brand/needs.

To create a Wedding or Event Plan your planner will:

Create a planning timeline and create a function sheet
Assist you with supplier management and understanding what to look out for when signing contracts with suppliers
Help you create an estimated budget based on your ideas
Discuss your event design including decorations, themes, favors and the latest innovative ideas to help you create your own unique celebration.
Discuss the flow of your wedding/event day and the impact this will have on your suppliers
Answer any questions you have regarding your wedding/event planning

VENUE SEARCH:

Finding a wedding venue is for most couples one of the most stressful and time-consuming wedding planning tasks. Some considerations include: guest numbers catering requirements on-site or nearby accommodation; and perhaps even spectacular views; and stunning architecture. Our industry experience and contacts have allowed us to build up a database of wedding venues of all different types and locations. Having the privilege of working in different venues on a weekly basis, your event planner can help you find your perfect venue.

SUPPLIERS:

For wedding advice and information on wedding suppliers, your wedding planner has a large database of proven suppliers to hand or can source something specific if you prefer something different. Using their experience, the Sjiek Event Planning team can handle every aspect of your wedding day.

WEDDING/EVENT SUPPLIER COORDINATION:

From a Wedding floral consultation to wedding cake search, transportation and accommodation to catering, gifts and ideas Sjiek Event Planning manage every detail to make your wedding planning a stress-free experience. We can even negotiate the booking of your suppliers coordinating on your behalf with wedding suppliers at your wedding, start to finish.
